In Japan, there is a culture of “beginning and ending with a bow.
Rei” is very important in Japan, where courtesy is very important, and also in karate.
You will learn how to greet people properly, how to sit in seiza, etc., and learn the Japanese culture of “Rei”.

Students will learn basic karate movements such as how to grip fists, how to stand, how to thrust, how to kick, and how to receive attacks.

Once the basics have been learned, the students will now develop a bit and try moving and learn how to practice kicking.

After learning the basics, students will learn “karate kata,” which is said to be the most efficient form of karate to learn.
It is called “Healthy Karate Kata” because it is a self-defense and health technique that can be learned through continuous practice.

What is a “healthy karate form”?

Symmetrical movements are effective in building a harmonious body because they use the whole body in a balanced manner. In addition, moving the body slowly according to the correct breathing method strengthens the core (inner muscles), tightens the body, improves skin tone and luster, improves stiff shoulders, back pain, constipation, and relieves stress.
